80. B is for Beholder, Beauty Is in the Eye of



On the left is an article by Mark Lipinksi in the March, 2009, issue of Quilter's Home, in which he remarks, "Suffice to say, this classic piece of faux Madonnica will life long in the 'annals' of bad fabric finds" (p. 14)

I was totally amused, because I like this fabric well enough that I use a small  piece of it in most quilts I make -- because I know my friends and family will totally adore it.

I'd made the postcard before I saw the article, and now I'm actually mailing the former to Mark.
