My REAL tree

My pal Andy signed off facebook months ago in order to have what he describes as REAL contact with REAL people, correspondence/mailart which he posts on his REAL wall.  Several days ago Koko and I found a huge branch from a pussy willow tree, felled by the weight of snow.  I dragged it home, much to Koko's pleasure, and finally got it adorned enough to take some photos.

Another half dozen pieces half arrived since I took the photo, and I have to add Richard Canard's beauties to it, too (although I consider watching out for another likely branch to devote solely to him).

For my next trick, I'm going to figure out how Andy made his blogger site look exactly like a facebook site.  If any of y'all know, feel free to tell the world.

Wonderful wonderful stuff Boo! Really glad to see that you had me in mind there too. A brilliant effort.

I'll stick this up on my REAL wall too if that's ok with you!

Ah the facebook site look - I cheated just a little on that one. Take a look at Deluxetemplates which is a great little resource for bloggers!

Just been looking through deluxetemplates looking for what I thought would be quite a nice template for a blogger who is turning her book into a lot of post - how about this one?

There's more than one of your pieces up there. The difference between a REAL wall and a REAL tree is that you can see everything on a wall. And everything is facing forward. On the tree they change direction every time a door or window is opened.

Swine Flew also appeared on my list of favourites from year 1 David! That one gets around!

As a tribute to your REAL tree, I made one myself this weekend!
